Qualifications

4+ years of IT experience with proven expertise in performance engineering (analysis, testing, and tuning).
Experience with simulators in multiple languages (Java, PL/SQL, Python) for performance load.
Knowledge of performance diagnostics/monitoring tools (e.g., DynaTrace, AppDynamics).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and source control.
Experience with JVM tuning, database query optimization, and resiliency concepts.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated or manual tests for infrastructure changes.
Lead performance testing activities and coordinate troubleshooting with development teams.
Build and maintain performance monitoring and testing frameworks; ensure scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with engineering and operations to analyze results and provide governance evidence.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to testing strategy and automation design.
