Job summary

Questronix Corporation 2 in Makati is seeking a Level 1 IT Infrastructure Support analyst to monitor servers, storage, virtualization, and networking, perform basic triage, and respond to alerts in a 24/7 shift.

You will work with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management), follow ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change practices, maintain tickets and docs, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Basic IT infrastructure knowledge including servers, storage, virtualization, and networking.
• Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic tracing tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG).
• Exposure to ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
• Knowledge of ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.
• Backup monitoring and system health checks.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
• Fresh Graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 operational support for enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Monitor infrastructure 24/7 and respond to alerts.
• Triage and troubleshoot incidents before escalation.
• Maintain incident tickets and adhere to SLAs.
• Assist in change implementation and document results.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base.
• Coordinate with internal teams during incident resolution.
• Support Production, UAT, and Development environments.
• Participate in shift-based operations including nights and weekends.
