Job summary

Questronix Corporation 2 is seeking a motivated Level 1 DevOps support engineer in the Philippines to help maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor deployments, and assist in incident handling.

You will work with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD and Docker/Kubernetes, supporting cloud environments and ITSM tools, while following runbooks and ITIL-aligned processes.

This role offers shift-based remote or onsite work with 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

Fundamental understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
Basic Linux command-line skills.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Willingness to learn automation and cloud tech.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 operational support for DevOps platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor build pipelines, deployments and automation workflows.
Troubleshoot build failures and escalate to L2/L3 as needed.
Monitor logs for errors and performance issues.
Assist with code repository management and access requests.
Support Docker and Kubernetes–based containerized apps.
Monitor cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) basics.
Run standard DevOps procedures including deployment verification.
Maintain runbooks and incident records.
Coordinate with Dev and Infra teams during incidents.
Provide 24/7 monitoring in shift-based remote or onsite support.
