Job summary

Acquire Intelligence Philippines Inc. is seeking an Incident Management Officer for our Ortigas Site, Pasig City, Philippines.

Reporting to the Compliance Head, you will protect the organization by managing information security incidents, coordinating across teams, and driving prompt remediation and learning. You will lead incident investigations, produce root-cause analyses, and oversee risk and compliance activities to strengthen controls and resilience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of information security controls and company processes.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently while maintaining accountability.
• Well-developed critical thinking and sound decision-making skills.
• Experience working in a large, fast-paced organizational environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing demands, including rotating work schedules.
• Preferably knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 31000, PCI DSS, SOC and HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Initiates prompt handling and thorough investigation of information security incidents, transforming incidents into learning opportunities and strengthening defences.
• Generates clear incident reports outlining root causes and corrective actions to drive accountability and improvement.
• Maintains oversight of all information security incidents, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders.
• Facilitates information security controls under Risk and Compliance, including Card Data Discovery Management and Compliance Audits.
• Champions a culture of accountability, vigilance and continuous improvement across the organization.
