• Lead prompt handling and thorough investigation of information security incidents.
• Promote a security-first culture by turning incidents into learning opportunities.
• Prepare clear incident reports with root cause, corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor progress of incidents and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Risk and Compliance activities, including audits and data discovery management.
• Foster accountability, vigilance, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
