Job summary

Acquire Intelligence Philippines Inc. is a leading global outsourcer delivering call center and back-office services from its Ortigas site in Pasig City, Philippines.

The Risk Management and Compliance Officer will ensure the business maintains security controls per the Information Security Management System, coordinating with process owners to remediate non-compliances in a timely and consistent manner. You will drive the Information Security and Risk Management program using ISO frameworks,

Qualifications

• Preferably with strong knowledge of Information Security practices based on ISO 27001, ISO 31000, PCI-DSS, SOC and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and currency of critical business documentation by conducting regular, structured reviews and audits of process documents, SOE specifications, Operations Manuals, and Risk Assessments.
• Drive rigorous execution of Information Security and Risk Management programs using ISO frameworks to identify, assess, and treat information risks.
• Own the internal audit lifecycle from planning through closure and manage the annual audit calendar.
• Identify emerging risks and translate findings into corrective action plans with guidance to process owners.
• Provide timely, accurate reports to leadership on Information Risk Management and Internal Audit performance.
• Govern remediation processes and ensure action items are closed across process owners.
• Support audits by providing timely audit evidence and ensuring remediation commitments are met.
• Uphold quality of compliance outputs by peer reviewing risk assessments and audit reports.
