Job summary

IT By Design in the Philippines is seeking an IT Support Engineer for its Internal IT team. You’ll provide hands-on Level 1/2 support to employees, troubleshoot issues and keep systems running.

This role covers end-user support, AD, 365, security, networks, and IT operations; you’ll work across projects and empower colleagues with reliable technology.

Night shift, full-time hours. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support, Systems Administration or IT Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with hardware and networks.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Exchange.
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and VPNs.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently and take ownership.
• Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
