Interphil Laboratories, Inc. is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to lead planning, implementation, management, and continual improvement of IT systems and infrastructure.

The role reports to the Financial Controller and oversees application systems, networks, data communications, IT security, and technology projects. The IT Manager will ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 9001:2015, EHS and QMS requirements while driving digital transformation to support business growth and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in IT or MBA is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of IT management experience including SDLC, networks, and project management.
• Manufacturing industry experience, especially Pharmaceutical, Food, or Cosmetics, is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT applications, LAN/WAN networks, data communications, and infrastructure.
• Maintain IT hardware, peripherals, and resources; test disaster recovery plans.
• Lead SDLC, system integration, and technology projects across the organization.
• Ensure IT operations align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and QMS.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Master’s Degree in IT, Master in Information Technology (MIT), MBA, or related advanced degree

5 years of IT management experience

Experience in SDLC, network and infrastructure management, systems re-engineering and integration
