Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Test Analyst to support governance, monitoring, and reporting of testing activities across the project and program portfolio to ensure quality delivery and compliance with testing standards.

The role requires at least 5 years in Software Testing or QA, familiar with test governance, defect management, and test management tools. Onsite assignment in Makati or Ortigas is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, Eng, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software testing, QA, test coordination, or project support.
• Familiarity with test governance, defect management, and QA processes.
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM/Quality Center).
• Willing to work onsite in Makati/Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor testing activities, milestones, risks, and issues across multiple projects and programs.
• Track compliance with test governance frameworks, standards, and processes.
• Prepare and maintain portfolio testing dashboards, reports, and key quality metrics.
• Analyze testing results, defect trends, and KPIs to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support test governance reviews, audits, and release readiness assessments.
• Coordinate with project teams, test leads, and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and reporting.
• Maintain testing documentation, governance records, and portfolio trackers.
• Escalate testing risks, issues, and non-compliance concerns as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of testing best practices.
• Assist in providing accurate and timely updates to management and governance forums.
