Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is looking for a responsible IT professional to manage incident response, availability, performance, efficiency, change and problem management, and capacity planning for all production environments the team supports. The role requires a degree in IT or related field and 4–5 years in IT with at least 1 year in infrastructure support.

The candidate must be willing to work onsite at Makati or Ortigas and join a team focused on reliable digital banking services in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
• 4–5 years of IT experience.
• At least 1 year exposure to infrastructure support.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati/Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Incident Response, isolation and troubleshooting.
• Perform root cause and problem analysis.
• Provide findings and recommendations to resolve incidents or recurring issues.
• Implement changes per operations guidelines and policies.
• Monitor and manage all production systems in scope.
• Ensure availability and performance using available tools/scripts.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to efficiency.
• Conduct capacity planning and preventive maintenance.
