You will guide architecture, coding, and system design while mentoring the IT team and collaborating with senior business leaders to align technology with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Software Development and hands-on coding.
• Experience in system design, architecture, and internally developed/custom-built applications.
• Proven experience leading and managing Software Development teams.
• Strong technical leadership combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Software Developers and Infrastructure personnel.
• Provide technical leadership across internally developed systems and applications.
