Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Incident Management Officer at the Ortigas Site in Pasig City, Philippines. You will lead prompt incident handling, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to safeguard information assets and resilience across the organisation.

You will coordinate with risk and compliance functions, drive continuous improvement, and promote a security-first culture. A strong analytical mindset and experience in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability to assess complex situations and craft solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication across levels of the organisation.
• Solid understanding of company processes and information security controls.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently with high accountability.
• Well-developed critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Experience in a large, fast-paced environment; familiarity with ISO/PCI/HIPAA standards advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Initiates prompt handling and investigation of information security incidents with urgency and clarity.
• Generates clear incident reports with root cause and corrective actions to strengthen controls.
• Maintains oversight of incidents, tracks progress, and follows up with stakeholders.
• Facilitates information security controls under Risk and Compliance, including audits and related initiatives.
• Fosters a culture of accountability, vigilance, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
