Aurecon is seeking an Information Governance Lead to design, implement, and evolve enterprise information governance across the organization. You will drive standards, ownership models, and policies to enable secure, compliant data usage and responsible AI adoption.

In a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with Digital, IT, Legal, Risk, Privacy, and business leaders to ensure governance aligns with regulatory requirements and supports trusted search, analytics, and decision-making.

Qualificações

• Degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Library & Information Science, Records Management, Business, Law, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• Certifications or formal training in Information Governance, Data Governance, Records Management, Privacy, Risk, Change Management, or related fields are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and continuously improve Aurecon's information governance framework across priority business domains.
• Coordinate governance assessments, discovery workshops, pilots, and implementation activities with business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Define and embed information readiness criteria to support trusted search, information reuse, automation, analytics, and responsible AI initiatives.
• Partner with Information Stewards and System Owners to provide practical guidance, governance routines, and assurance activities.
• Collaborate with Digital, IT, Legal, Risk, Privacy, and business leaders to ensure governance practices align with regulatory, security, and organisational requirements.
• Monitor governance adoption, information quality, traceability, lifecycle compliance, and risk indicators, escalating material gaps where required.
• Support the rollout of enterprise information management frameworks, policies, and governance capabilities across the organisation.
