Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to manage the Ambassador Programme, build relationships with KOLs, and drive influencer collaborations.

You will monitor performance of affiliate channels, explore new trends, and contribute to platform and brand campaigns with a data-driven mindset. The role requires detail-orientation, strong communication, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree qualification in a relevant field.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with KOLs and other long-tail affiliates as part of the Shopee Ambassador Programme
• Explore new trends, initiatives, and special pushes to encourage user-generated content from KOLs to achieve team goals
• Track and analyse the performance of existing affiliate channels through data-driven approach, and consequently optimise and achieve commercial objectives
• Ideate new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns, and support on execution of platform and brand campaigns
