Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Journalism/PR/Marketing or related field.
• Basic knowledge of local media industry and social platforms.
• Deadline-oriented, proactive with strong follow-up and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently while handling multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with storytelling flair.
• Meticulous with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Google Suites; Canva and Telum familiarity a plus.
• Available for full-time role for 3–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support drafting and coordinating press materials and internal briefs.
• Assist with media engagement by compiling briefs and spokesperson info.
• Track media mentions and monitor industry trends daily.
• Coordinate with internal teams on media opportunities and events.
• Prepare regular campaign reports and summaries.
• Identify story angles across consumer and corporate campaigns.
• Conduct background research for communications initiatives.
• Assist in drafting press releases and factsheets.
