You will lead outreach, negotiate terms, coordinate product shipments to creators and partners, monitor content production and deadlines, and analyze campaign performance and costs.

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable influencers, UGC creators, media contacts, and brand partners.
• Conceptualize engaging video ideas and tailor briefs for each creator.
• Lead partnership outreach, negotiate rates and deliverables, and finalize agreements.
• Coordinate product selection, shipment, and delivery to creators and partners.
• Monitor content production, track deadlines, and ensure timely submissions.
• Analyze partnership performance, content effectiveness, and campaign costs.
• Manage PR outreach, media collaborations, community partnerships, and brand events.
