Job summary

Seek Shine is seeking a dynamic partnerships specialist to drive influencer collaborations and media outreach from our Philippines base. You will identify creators, craft engaging briefs, and manage outreach, negotiations, and delivery of activations.

You will coordinate shipments, monitor content production, and analyze campaign results to optimize spend and impact. Onsite work is required in the Philippines for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate content production and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable influencers, UGC creators, media contacts and brand partners.
• Conceptualize engaging video concepts and creative briefs for each creator.
• Outreach, negotiate rates and deliverables, and finalize collaborations.
• Coordinate product shipments to creators and partners.
• Monitor content production and deadlines to ensure timely publication.
• Track partnership performance, content impact and campaign costs.
• Manage PR outreach, media collaborations and brand events.
