Mayshine Cosmetics Philippines Inc. is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to identify, recruit, and manage KOLs/KOCs across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

You will build long-term relationships, coordinate content, and monitor campaign performance to meet brand objectives. This on-site role in Ortigas, Pasig City requires 1–2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in KOL/KOC, influencer marketing, or creator partnership management (beauty/skincare preferred).
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook trends, formats, and engagement metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple influencer collaborations simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and influencer/social media management tools.
• Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City (Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs and KOCs across social media platforms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and brand advocates.
• Coordinate, review, and monitor content to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
• Manage product seeding, gifting programs, and influencer communications.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, engagement, reach, and ROI, and prepare reports.
• Ensure timely submission of content and adherence to timelines and brand guidelines.
• Stay up to date with social media trends to optimize influencer strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
• Source new influencers and evaluate partnerships based on goals and target audience.
