Job summary

WPP Media in Manila, Philippines, is seeking an Associate, Influencer Management to drive influencer campaigns across clients, blending content strategy with performance analytics.

The role focuses on on-time delivery, KOL briefing, pricing, and building strong relationships with creators. Based in Manila with a hybrid work setup, you will monitor daily content, ensure brand safety, and prepare campaign performance reports to support GOAT Agency growth within WPP Media.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery of influencer campaigns per SLA.
• Coordinate with KOL planning and briefing to align content plans.
• Negotiate pricing and ensure compliance with SOW and timelines.
• Identify new KOLs to expand brand inventory.
• Perform 100% brand safety checks on KOL profiles.
• Compare cost benchmarks with Trading lead.
• Create KOL performance reports after campaigns.
• Monitor daily creator content for alignment with briefs.
• Ensure posts follow the approved KOL brief.
• Coordinate with client on content approvals and QA.
• Build relationships with influencers for smooth workflows.
• Work with Trading lead to assess cost effectiveness.
• Update campaign performance reports daily or weekly.
• Maintain daily/weekly campaign tracking sheets.
