You will develop strategies, source influencers, manage end-to-end collaborations, and analyze performance to drive awareness and sales while maintaining brand compliance. The role demands collaboration with internal teams and external creators.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or brand marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
• Familiarity with influencer tools and analytics.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute KOL and influencer strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Identify and build relationships with beauty/influencer networks across platforms.
• Manage end-to-end collaboration process: outreach, contracting, content approval, payments.
• Coordinate campaigns, launches, promotions, and activations.
• Monitor content for brand and platform compliance.
• Track KPIs: reach, engagement, impressions, clicks, ROI, sales.
• Maintain KOL database with contacts, history, rates, and performance.
• Handle influencer gifting and product seeding.
