Job summary

Zyflus is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to own campaigns end-to-end from briefing and creator selection to post-campaign analysis. You will negotiate commercials, manage creator relationships, and ensure rigorous reporting on reach, engagement, and conversions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years running influencer campaigns, strong English writing and negotiation skills, and comfort with data including spreadsheets and dashboards. Hindi is a plus, and agency experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running influencer or social campaigns end-to-end (agency side preferred).
• Fluent with creator economics — CPMs, engagement quality, fake-follower smell tests.
• Strong negotiation and written communication in English; Hindi a plus.
• Comfortable with data: spreadsheets, dashboards, basic funnel math.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand briefs into creator strategies and scored shortlists on the Zyflus platform.
• Negotiate commercials and manage creator relationships across campaigns.
• Own post-campaign reporting — reach, engagement, conversions — with full honesty.
• Work with the platform team to sharpen scoring and discovery.
