Job summary

Vertoz, an AI-powered MadTech platform, seeks an Influencer Onboarding Specialist to join IncrementX’s ecosystem in the Philippines. You will identify and onboard influencers, manage campaigns end-to-end, and maintain strong relationships with agencies across platforms.

You will coordinate with marketing, content and design teams, track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and ensure timely reporting. 1–2 years of influencer marketing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience in influencer marketing.
• Experience with influencers and influencer marketing agencies is mandatory.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing KPIs, analytics and platforms/tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across platforms.
• Maintain strong working relationships with influencers and agencies.
• Build and manage a database of influencers with performance tracking.
• Plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting.
• Coordinate with marketing, content and design teams to align goals.
• Share briefs, timelines, and deliverables with influencers.
• Ensure timely content creation, approvals and publishing.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines and usage rights.
