Job summary

Smoothmoves, Inc. is hiring for an on-site Influencer Campaigns Specialist in Pasig. The role develops and executes large-scale influencer initiatives, recruits KOLs from micro to celebrity tiers, and ensures authentic brand messaging across social platforms.

You’ll work with brand teams and agencies to optimize ROI and engagement. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in influencer marketing, solid KOL strategies, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing, Journalism, PR, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience handling KOLs, Celebrities, Influencer Management.
• Excellent with KOL strategies.
• Knowledge of consumer and technology marketing; adapt to fast-paced tech industry movement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pitch KOLs/ Influencers rates and scope of work.
• Work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
• Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
• Responds well under pressure with strict time limits.
• Quick, optimistic, and enthusiastic learner.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute large-scale influencer campaigns from concept to performance analysis.
• Identify, vet, recruit, and nurture relationships with influencers; manage contracts and brand alignment.
• Oversee content co-creation ensuring authentic brand messaging across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram.
• Track ROI, engagement, reach; report campaign success to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to meet project needs and set expectations.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and relevant consumer behaviors (senior audiences included).
