Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a qualified Industrial Maintenance Technician to operate and support production machinery while ensuring safe and efficient performance.

You will perform start-up, shutdown, and changeovers, execute preventive maintenance, and diagnose breakdowns to minimize downtime. You will apply mechanical, electrical, and automation knowledge, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to TPM, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives while cooperating with

Qualifications

• Two+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience with production equipment.
• Technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and PM execution.
• Familiarity with safety, GMP, and EHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-up, shutdown, changeovers, and basic equipment installation following procedures.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs to keep machines running reliably.
• Respond to production calls, diagnose breakdowns, and escalate complex faults accordingly.
• Apply mechanical, electrical, and automation principles with appropriate tools.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance with standards to prevent contamination.
• Complete service reports, PM checklists, and breakdown logs timely.
• Support TPM, 5S, Kaizen initiatives and maintain clean work environment.
