Job summary

Sysgen RPO, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to ensure reliable operation of machinery and production facilities in Laguna. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose issues, and support installation, calibration, and line performance.

The role requires hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems, plus welding or fabrication skills and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; technical/vocational graduates welcome.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience in machine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, installation and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and facility assets.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, sensors and valves.
• Support machine installation, setup, commissioning and calibration.
• Fabricate, modify or weld machine parts as needed.
• Provide immediate technical support to production lines to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and line checks.
• Monitor gas supplies, water systems and other consumables.
• Manage maintenance tools, spare parts and inventory.
• Ensure 5S and safety standards are followed.
