Job summary

TRP, INC. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform in-house preventive maintenance on injection, printing, painting, and laser machines to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. You will diagnose faults, execute repairs, install and configure machinery, and keep service records.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, reading blueprints, and strong MS Office skills. Benefits include health and life insurance and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Technical Vocational graduate of any 2 year course or equivalent years of experience.
• Must have knowledge of reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• At least 1 year working experience in maintenance of production equipment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform inhouse preventive maintenance on injection, printing, painting, and laser machines to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and minimal downtime
• Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting of production equipment to identify malfunctions and implement effective corrective actions
• Execute repair and replacement of faulty parts to restore equipment functionality and maintain production continuity
• Carry out installation and configuration of production machinery, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and readiness for operation
• Respond promptly to sudden equipment failures, performing rapid repairs to minimize operational disruption
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service reports and preventive maintenance checklists
• Participate in YOKOTEN activities by sharing best practices, improvements, and lessons learned to enhance overall maintenance efficiency and reliability
• Conduct regular inventory of spare parts, track usage, and ensure critical components are available for timely maintenance
• Manage parts ordering and coordinate with suppliers to follow up on delivery schedules
• Participate and support in all corporate quality, productivity, continuous improvement (Kaizen), 5'S, Occupational Safety and Health Environment
