Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in production reporting, inventory control or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas and data analysis).
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills; maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify daily and monthly production reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Encode and maintain inventory records with timely data entry.
• Record and update sales reports based on Delivery Receipts.
• Prepare and present daily reports on raw material consumption, usage trends and waste.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and reconcile Raw Materials, FG and WIP.
• Reconcile production reports with Accounting and Production to ensure consistency.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure records are updated and accessible.
