Walls in Motion, Inc. in Pasig City seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our full-time team.

You will optimize operations, streamline production processes, and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing and business operations to boost productivity, reduce costs, and improve competitiveness. You will perform time and motion studies, map processes, design improvements, monitor KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional groups, document procedures, and support capital

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or operations management.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and facility layout optimisation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with data interpretation.
Proficient with engineering software including CAD or manufacturing simulation tools.
Strong project management capabilities; ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaboration across levels.
Detail-oriented with accuracy and quality in deliverables.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations; commitment to safety.
Preference for experience in manufacturing or ISO standards exposure.

Responsibilities

Analyse production processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Conduct time and motion studies to set performance standards and SOPs.
Monitor KPIs to assess efficiency and track progress of initiatives.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for implementation.
Document processes, procedures, and engineering specifications.
Identify capital equipment needs to enhance capabilities.
Provide training on new processes to production staff.
Conduct root cause analyses and develop corrective actions.
Participate in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
