Job summary

MEGA PRIME FOODS INCORPORATED seeks a Procurement Excellence Officer to optimize and standardize end-to-end procurement operations. A Industrial Engineering graduate will apply systems thinking, data analytics, and continuous improvement to eliminate bottlenecks and drive cost efficiencies.

Fresh graduates or juniors with early experience in operations are welcome to build scalable procurement frameworks and partner with Finance, Logistics, and Legal to align processes with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• Open to fresh graduates with strong academic projects/internships or candidates with 1–2 years in continuous improvement, supply chain, or procurement operations.
• Solid foundation in Lean, Six Sigma, Process Mapping (VSM), or root cause analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, data modeling); familiarity with Power BI/Tableau or ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Strong analytical acumen, high attention to detail, and a genuine passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Map, analyze, and refine core procurement workflows (Procure-to-Pay, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Onboarding).
• Establish procurement metrics, build dashboards, and analyze spending patterns for cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, procurement guidelines, and compliance frameworks across units.
• Assist in evaluating, implementing, and driving user adoption for procurement tools and ERP modules.
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, Legal to align procurement with business objectives.
