Industrial Engineer role focused on optimizing supply chain operations through process design, cost-effective layouts, and efficiency improvements.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining, implementing, and maintaining Industrial Engineering policies, methods, and standards for supply chain operations
- Developing, aligning, and ensuring implementation of budgets, assigning and monitoring projects, and allocating resources
- Collaborating in the design of cost-effective manufacturing layouts and building ergonomics
- Investigating best practices, manufacturing methods, technology developments, and equipment trends
- Ensuring efficient operations across all supply chain stages, identifying deficiencies, and proposing remedial measures or projects such as efficiency or cost reduction programs
- Developing and maintaining operations information, planning, and control systems
- Supporting Engineers in design, realization, and implementation of assigned processes or technical infrastructure
- Executing documentation and planning of training for affected parts of the organization
- Providing local support as a subject matter expert or 'Key User' on dedicated processes
- Performing sophisticated assembly, installation, set-up, structured programming, testing, and documentation of assigned technical infrastructure modules or parts
About You

- Capability to analyze operations and propose efficiency or cost reduction initiatives

- Experience supporting engineering design and implementation processes
- Ability to document and plan training activities
- Subject matter expertise in specific processes or systems, acting as a 'Key User'
- Skills in assembly, installation, programming, testing, and documentation of technical infrastructure
