Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, a subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, seeks an Industrial Engineer to optimize supply chain performance. You will apply IE methodologies to support management decisions, improve productivity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will analyze operations, set standards, assess capacity, and implement process improvements across manufacturing and logistics while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Food/FMCG manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willing to work in Paranaque City.

Responsibilities

The Industrial Engineer plays a key role in improving business performance by applying industrial engineering methodologies to support management decisions and enhance supply chain efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.
• With more than two (2) years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering
• Lead and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Preferably, a Certified Industrial Engineer and has worked in a food/FMCG manufacturing industry.
• Must be willing to work in Paranaque City.
