Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, seeks a Continuous Improvement Officer (Industrial Engineer) to boost supply chain performance by applying industrial engineering methodologies to support management decisions and improve efficiency.

You will analyze operations, set performance standards, assess capacity, and lead cross-functional CI projects while ensuring food safety, quality, and workplace safety. This role is based in Paranaque City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Experience leading CI projects to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings.
• Certified Industrial Engineer preferred; FMCG/food industry experience desirable.
• Willing to work in Paranaque City.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operations and set performance standards and productivity targets with stakeholders.
• Assess manufacturing and logistics capacity to support business needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity and cost savings.
• Support continuous improvement projects and provide recommendations to enhance operations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and represent IE team when needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, food safety, quality, warehouse/manufacturing standards, and workplace safety requirements.

The Continuous Improvement Officer (Industrial Engineer) plays a key role in improving business performance by applying industrial engineering methodologies to support management decisions and enhance supply chain efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Analyze operations and set performance standards and productivity targets in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Assess manufacturing and logistics capacity to support business and operational needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost savings across the supply chain.
• Support continuous improvement projects and provide recommendations to enhance operations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and represent the Industrial Engineering team when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, quality, warehouse/manufacturing standards, and workplace safety requirements.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.
• With more than two (2) years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering
• Lead and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Preferably, a Certified Industrial Engineer and has worked in a food/FMCG manufacturing industry.
• Must be willing to work in Paranaque City.
