Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Lead and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Preferred: Certified Industrial Engineer and experience in food/FMCG manufacturing.
• Willing to work in Parañaque City.

Industrial Engineer plays a key role in improving business performance by applying industrial engineering methodologies to support management decisions and enhance supply chain efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Analyze operations and set performance standards and productivity targets in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Assess manufacturing and logistics capacity to support business and operational needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost savings across the supply chain.
• Support continuous improvement projects and provide recommendations to enhance operations.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.
• With more than two (2) years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering
• Lead and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Preferably, a Certified Industrial Engineer and has worked in a food/FMCG manufacturing industry.
• Must be willing to work in Paranaque City.
