Job summary

You will apply industrial engineering methods to analyze operations, set performance standards, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and logistics.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Industrial or Management Engineering, 2+ years of relevant experience, and preferably certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects.
• Certified Industrial Engineer preferred; FMCG/food industry experience is a plus.
• Willing to work in Paranaque City.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operations and set performance standards with stakeholders.
• Assess manufacturing and logistics capacity to support business needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
• Support continuous improvement projects and provide recommendations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and represent IE team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, food safety, quality, and safety standards.
