Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and addressing inefficiencies and waste in processes and procedures.
• Develop job evaluation programs, amongst other duties.
• Find ways to eliminate wastefulness in production processes.
• Review production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.
• Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.
• Check reports such as Service Reports, Periodic Maintenance Inspection Service Sheet, and Battery Checklist.
• Update repair and maintenance cost per site.
• Set up Annual PM Plans for all the rental units based on standard PM Frequency.
• Conduct site visits and meetings at those low-performing sites.
