Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer liaison during agile sprints and facilitate stand-ups.
• Translate technical concepts into business language for stakeholders.
• Gather and document customer requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct UAT sessions and coordinate feedback loops.
• Perform UI/UX testing on dashboards, reports and visualizations.
• Validate data flow between systems and reporting platforms.
• Create user guides and training materials.
• Assist in validating data migration and system integration testing.
