Job summary

TE is seeking a Digital Factory Supervisor/Manager to lead digital transformation of manufacturing operations in a plant setting. You will develop and sustain Digital Factory Solutions to improve OEE, productivity, quality, traceability and visibility of operations.

Requirements include 5+ years in a digital factory leadership role, a relevant engineering degree, and strong experience with MES Hydra, PLC, SAP and IIoT 4.0. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Digital Factory leadership role.
• Graduate in an engineering discipline; strong tech background.
• Hands-on with MES Hydra, PLCs, SAP and IT systems.
• Proven communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead digital factory and Industry 4.0 roadmaps.
• Drive digitalization, automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Implement MES Hydra, ensure data integrity and system integration.
• Create dashboards for OEE, quality and production traceability.
