Job summary

Airvent Mechanical System Inc. in Cavite seeks an experienced HVAC maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, and related equipment.

You will inspect, troubleshoot, and service pumps, motors, valves, piping, and refrigeration systems to keep industrial utilities running smoothly. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of maintenance experience, a technical HVAC or mechanical technology background, and TESDA certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Technology program.
• At least 2 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
• TESDA qualification or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of chiller units
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain chiller and cooling systems
• Maintain cooling towers and circulating water systems
• Inspect and maintain pumps, motors, valves, strainers, and piping
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of ice machines and refrigeration equipment
• Maintain and troubleshoot air compressors and water-cooled air dryers
• Monitor equipment operating conditions, pressure, temperature, and water flow
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform necessary repairs
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
