Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience operating industrial or commercial boilers; experience in manufacturing, facilities management, or power generation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of boiler operations, steam generation, water treatment processes, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems; ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and operating procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting, safety awareness, communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and control boilers and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous steam production.
• Conduct routine inspections, equipment checks, and basic maintenance to maintain optimal boiler performance.
• Monitor operating parameters, including steam pressure, temperature, water levels, and system efficiency.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment issues, assisting with repairs and preventive maintenance activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards, including conducting safety checks and responding to emergencies.
• Maintain accurate operational logs, maintenance records, and reports on equipment performance, incidents, and corrective actions.
