Job summary

Universally Speaking in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a native Indonesian speaker with fluent English to join our Localization Quality Assurance team. As an Indonesian LQA Tester, you will test games to identify linguistic and cultural issues and ensure accurate localization.

You will work with project managers and QA teams to report bugs, re-test fixes, and meet project deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail across multiple game projects.

Qualifications

• Native-level Indonesian language required.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Interest in video games and gaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Test games in Indonesian to identify localization issues.
• Review translated text for terminology, grammar, and consistency.
• Identify issues affecting Indonesian-speaking players’ experience.
• Verify localized content displays correctly in-game.
• Document and report bugs using testing tools.
• Re-test fixes and confirm issues are resolved.
• Follow project-specific testing guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Leads and other testers.
• Meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain high attention to detail during testing.
• Support multiple game projects and adapt to changing requirements.
