Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, supply chain, military operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior in-country logistics liaison among Leidos, government customers, host nation partners, and mission partners.
Coordinate RSOI activities for personnel, equipment, and materiel.
Synchronize logistics across transportation, supply chain, facilities, security, and sustainment functions.
Build relations with host nation authorities to support customs, SOFA compliance, import/export, and basing.
Monitor asset accountability, inventory, GFP, CAP, and CFE.
Coordinate with JTDCs, transport providers, and planners to optimize distribution.
Support facilities sustainment planning, engineering, maintenance coordination, and lifecycle planning.
Ensure compliance with security, DoW regulations, and program policies.
Prepare operational reports, metrics, and briefings for leadership and Government customers.
Identify operational risks and propose mitigation strategies.
