Job summary

Staff X in the Philippines is seeking a Structural Drafter to produce construction-ready drawings using AutoCAD and Revit in a hybrid setup. You will work independently across concrete, steel, timber, and masonry projects with minimal supervision.

You should have 3–5 years of structural drafting experience, strong English communication, and a Diploma or Certificate in drafting or engineering. Exposure to Australian standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of proven structural drafting experience in a construction or engineering consultancy environment.
• Strong hands-on AutoCAD proficiency used daily for structural drafting.
• Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Engineering, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Produce and modify detailed structural drawings across concrete, steel, timber, and masonry elements to construction-ready standards.
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans, calculations, and sketches to produce accurate structural documentation independently.
• Ensure drawings comply with Australian standards, codes, and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other drafters to maintain design accuracy.
• Assist in clash detection and resolution between structural, architectural, and services drawings.
• Maintain and update project documentation through the design and construction lifecycle.
• Participate in drawing reviews and quality control processes.
