Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Analyst/Analyst in the GMS team to support Independence processes, monitor financial relationships of EY professionals, and mitigate conflicts of interest across audit clients. You will interact with EY professionals and senior staff to resolve inquiries and gather information while learning Independence processes.

The role sits within Risk Management Services, collaborating with Global Independence, and offers exposure to multiple centers, including Manila and other

Qualifications

• Masters/post-graduate degree in Finance from a reputed institute.
• 0–1 year of experience in research and analysis in a professional services firm.
• Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of financial products like equities, mutual funds, pension plans, insurance policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge of Personal Independence concepts, including financial interests and relations.
• Execute procedures per EY Independence policies and monitor data in EY tools.
• Provide guidance and resolve queries from EY professionals on independence topics.
• Collaborate with team members to meet KPIs and improve processes.
• Support internal teams by researching and reporting independence-related risks.
