Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Analyst in Risk Management Services (Independence) to help maintain EY’s independence for audit and non-audit clients. The role involves reviewing client submissions, performing data reconciliation, and collaborating with global teams to strengthen compliance frameworks.

The candidate will work within RMS Independence, supported by EY GDS, and contribute to continuous process improvement while upholding ethics and integrity in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in research and analysis in a professional services firm.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of company structures and auditor independence concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge of firm-level Independence concepts and apply policies.
• Review submissions from client-serving teams for completeness and accuracy; perform reconciliation and analysis.
• Communicate with project managers and teams to follow up on responses and finalize procedures.
• Support the risk management process by analyzing independence-related information.
