Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Philippines is seeking an Associate Analyst/Analyst in Risk Management to support the Independence program and related risk controls. You'll work with EY country practices worldwide to review client acceptance and continuance decisions, and assist with conflicts, compliance, and policy matters.

The role emphasizes analytical research, effective communication, and collaboration with audit teams, with opportunities to grow within a Center of Excellence for quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field from a reputable institution.
• At least 1 year of research and analysis experience in a professional services firm.
• Experience with client interaction is preferred.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written/verbal English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of company structures, ownership structures, auditor independence, and risk management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge of firm-level Independence concepts per EYG policies.
• Review submissions from client-serving teams for completeness and accuracy; perform reconciliation and analysis using EY tools.
• Communicate with project managers and teams to follow up on responses and ensure procedures are completed.
• Participate in RMS programs, projects, and activities.
