Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila area is seeking an Incentive Analyst to triage, analyze and input OEM incentive rules into our internal databases, ensuring accurate categorization and timely updates. You will monitor OEM incentives, perform QA on outputs, and provide technical content knowledge to product development and QA teams to support reliable client reporting and decision-making.

This hybrid night-shift role offers growth in a dynamic shared services environment and exposure to automotive data

Your Role

As a Incentive Analyst, you will:

• Triage, analyze, and input automotive incentive rules, OEM cash offers, and financing terms into internal database tools.
• Evaluate complex logic matrices to determine how various OEM incentives, rebates, and consumer offers combine or conflict.
• Perform quality control audits on database outputs and product releases.
• Monitor manufacturer websites and industry sources to capture real-time OEM incentive changes.
• Categorize program metadata and ensure automated reports deliver accurately to clients on schedule.
• Provide technical content knowledge to product development and QA testing teams.

• Skill in conducting self-directed web research to extract promotional information.
• Sharp focus when auditing offer compatibility, expiration dates, and vehicle eligibility.

Preferred Skills / Expertise

• Prior experience in the automotive industry (dealership finance, auto OEM pricing, or vehicle data analytics).
• Experience using proprietary database platforms, CMS tools, or relational data systems.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data validation and logic testing.
• Background in data auditing, Quality Assurance (QA), or rules-engine logic management.
