Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Finance Analyst in Parañaque/Eastwood City. The role focuses on managing large datasets, leading monthly financial reporting, and maintaining pricing and subcontractor files to ensure contract alignment and accurate billing.

You will work onsite with a shift schedule, leveraging advanced Excel skills and ERP/CRM tools to drive data quality. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities are required to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a financial or analytical role with a heavy focus on data integrity and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivots, and data modeling.
• Proficiency navigating ERP/CRM or finance-focused platforms and performing data mappings.

Your Role

As a Finance Analyst, you will:

• Manage and process massive datasets, applying advanced cleanup and organization techniques to maintain data quality and structural integrity.
• Take an active lead in monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis (budget vs. actuals), forecasting, and long-term projections.
• Set up and maintain customer pricing and subcontractor rate files to ensure 100% alignment with legal contracts and prevent billing discrepancies.
• Validate data mappings between various business systems to ensure seamless data transformation and integration across the enterprise.
• Maintain and document system look-up tables to ensure all financial configurations remain consistent and aligned with evolving business needs.
• Troubleshoot project setup errors and review/approve budget requests to ensure system data reflects accurate operational realities.
• Support internal and external audits by following strict change control procedures and maintaining comprehensive documentation of all configurations.
• Coordinate special projects and communicate high-impact processing events to Team Leads to ensure operational continuity.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Expert Excel Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to manage "Big Data" using advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling to clean and analyze complex datasets.
• 3+ years of experience in a financial or analytical role with a heavy focus on data integrity and reporting.
• Strong System Literacy: Proficiency in navigating and managing data within ERP, CRM, or specialized finance-related platforms.
• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to perform budget vs. actuals analysis and translate raw data into accurate financial forecasts.
• Communication Excellence: Ability to effectively communicate technical financial issues across departments and coordinate with Team Leads on special projects.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior experience with Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce is a significant advantage for managing project and pricing data.
• Direct experience in subcontractor management or contract-based pricing structures.
• Proven background in supporting financial audits and maintaining rigorous change control documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of data mapping and system integration workflows.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills, specifically regarding the approval of project setups and budget requests.
