Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Trade Marketing Officer to support in-store marketing initiatives and ensure timely, high-quality execution across the store network. This role suits a junior marketer seeking hands-on exposure to retail marketing, visual merchandising, and on-ground execution in a fast-paced environment.

The position involves coordinating with multiple teams, supporting store openings, and tracking execution with simple reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, retail operations, or related roles.
• Fresh graduates with internship or on-ground execution exposure are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing execution including: opening store marketing materials, CAPEX signage, posters, banners, and VM assets.
• Assist rollout of trade marketing initiatives and VM Project Level-Up projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and liaise with suppliers for marketing materials; maintain trackers and logs.
• Prepare basic execution reports and documentation; support project trackers and action follow-ups.
