You will process insurance applications, assist with loan releases for Head Office accounts, and prepare internal reports while supporting sales partners and responding to client inquiries. Strong organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, and ability to work under pressure are key; prior loan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, management, or related field.
• 1+ year experience in administrative support, loan processing, or sales support is a plus.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, insurance processing, and office procedures is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using CRM, MIS, or similar systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routing, filing, and monitoring of departmental documents.
• Review and verify loan application documents for completeness and compliance.
• Process insurance applications and facilitate loan releases for Head Office accounts.
• Prepare reports and other documents for internal reference and management.
• Encode transactions into MIS and CRM systems.
• Transmit loan release documents and requirements to Compliance Associate.
• Coordinate notarization of Promissory Notes.
• Monitor incomplete or pending documents and follow up.
• Assist sales partners by providing status updates.
