Dempsey Resource Management Inc. invites an In-House Civil Engineer to lead site and production operations in Quezon City, with a focus on architectural finishes, QA/QC, and strong manpower leadership.

You will coordinate client meetings, perform field and office reporting, and use AutoCAD and SketchUp for design reviews and field adjustments, while ensuring quality and timelines. Successful candidates will have 3–4 years of relevant experience, reside in or near Metro Manila, and demonstrate

Qualificações

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Licensed or Non-Licensed).
Age 30 to 40.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as an In-House Engineer in construction (Site & Production).
Strong background focused on Architectural works.

Responsabilidades

Site & Production Management: oversee on-site construction, production workflows, and architectural installations.
QA/QC Inspections: conduct quality control and assurance inspections across site operations.
Manpower & Site Leadership: lead on-site workforce with discipline and efficiency.
Client & Site Meetings: represent the company in client and consultant meetings.
CAD & Design Drafting: use AutoCAD and SketchUp for technical reviews and field adjustments.
Field & Office Reporting: perform site visits and report updates to the main office.
